The United States will bring delegations from Ukraine and Russia together in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11 to discuss ending the war, de-escalation, and post-war security agreements.
A senior US official stated that lead US negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are expected to represent Washington following Russian President Vladimir Putin's agreement in St Petersburg.
US working-level negotiators will also meet in Brussels this week with representatives from France, Germany, Britain, the European Union, and NATO to discuss security guarantees and reconstruction support.
