United Breweries Q2 Profit Surges 191% As Premium Volumes Rise

United Breweries reported a consolidated net profit of ₹134.81 crore for the September quarter, marking a 191% increase from ₹46.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Revenue from operations grew 23.7% year-on-year to ₹4,623 crore, driven by a 24% increase in net sales, structural price increases, and a 38% surge in premium beer volumes.

Managing Director and CEO Vivek Gupta stated that strong volume growth of 16% aligns with strategic priorities outlined during the company's Capital Markets Day.
