Delhi Police detain Rahul Gandhi and 260 protesters during INDIA bloc march

Delhi Police detained around 260 people, including 10 MPs, on Tuesday during an INDIA bloc protest march from Parliament House toward the Election Commission office after protesters breached barricades and defied Section 163 BNSS orders.

Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, K.C. Venugopal, and Pawan Khera were among those detained after entering Akashvani Bhawan without permission and staging an eight-hour sit-in.

The detained individuals were taken to various police stations across Delhi where necessary legal proceedings were initiated following the protest against CEC Gyanesh Kumar.
