Jaishankar calls Red Sea shipping attacks indefensible at UN General Assembly

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar termed recent commercial shipping attacks in the Gulf and Red Sea indefensible during a UN General Assembly sideline meeting.

India and Liberia announced the establishment of a group of friends dedicated to the safety and security of shipping and seafarers.

Responding to a Pakistani journalist questioning terrorism, Jaishankar delivered a sharp retort, stating a terrorist country was asking such a question.
