The National Stock Exchange of India launched its ₹22,569 crore initial public offering for public subscription with a price band of ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share.
At the upper end, the issue is set to raise ₹22,600 crore, making it India's second-largest IPO after Hyundai Motor India Ltd.'s 2024 listing.
The subscription window remains open until September 21, valuing the exchange at about 42.9 times its earnings for the year ended March.
