42% of students express interest in fourth year under Keralam's FYUGP

Around 42% of students in Keralam's first Four-Year Undergraduate Programme batch expressed interest in continuing into the fourth year, a State survey revealed.

Out of 66,014 third-year participants, 23,951 students intended to continue into the fourth year, while 5,468 planned to join two-year postgraduate programs.

The survey also showed that 20,181 students reported needing more academic guidance before making final study and career decisions.
