Noel Tata Seeks Meeting Minutes and Video Recording in Tata Boardroom Dispute

Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata requested video recordings and meeting minutes from the September 17 Tata Sons board meeting.

During the September 17 meeting, the board voted 4:1 to reappoint N. Chandrasekaran as chairman for a third five-year term starting February 2027.

Noel Tata cast the sole dissenting vote, calling the resolution a legal nullity due to Articles of Association requiring affirmative support from Trust-nominated directors.
