Advocate Nilesh Ojha announced that he submitted a new report to the Central Bureau of Investigation regarding the reinstatement of former police officer Sachin Vaze.
Ojha alleged that Vaze's urgent June 2020 appointment to the Crime Intelligence Unit violated rank regulations and was part of an alleged conspiracy and cover-up.
The legal team filed a fresh request seeking the custodial interrogation of the accused under High Court supervision.
