Documents showed family members of Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran hold business relations with TVS Motor Co Ltd.
The disclosure comes after TVS chairman-emeritus Venu Srinivasan voted to secure a fresh term for Chandrasekaran amid board disagreements.
Tata Sons stated the family company's formation was disclosed in April 2025, whereas Tata Trusts said Srinivasan made no such disclosure to trustees.
