Punjabi singer and actor Gippy Grewal called out Air Canada on X, alleging that the airline downgraded him to economy despite his business-class ticket.
Grewal claimed that when he questioned the staff regarding the unconsented downgrade, they refused to apologize and threatened to deboard him from flight AC1504.
Air Canada responded to his post on social media by apologizing for the inconvenience and requesting his booking reference via direct message to investigate.
