The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.’s initial public offering opened for orders with shares offered at 1,700 to 1,785 rupees each, closing on September 21.
The offering is entirely a secondary sale by existing shareholders aiming to raise up to 226 billion rupees at the top end of the price range.
At this valuation, the deal represents the second-largest IPO in the country behind Hyundai Motor India Ltd.'s 2024 listing.
