A study by ICMR-NIN revealed that adults with Rheumatoid Arthritis tend to have less diverse diets and higher dietary inflammation potential.
The case-control study analyzed 615 adults in Hyderabad, comparing 301 newly diagnosed RA patients with 314 healthy individuals.
Researchers found that every one-unit increase in the Dietary Inflammatory Index was associated with a 17% increase in the odds of having RA.
