Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado returned to Venezuela after spending more than 10 months in exile following her departure on a speedboat in January.
Machado was photographed attending Mass in the state of Lara and began traveling to Caracas in a caravan of supporters, confirmed by her ally Edmundo González.
Her return followed U.S.-supported reconciliation talks that facilitated the release of political prisoners and the return of exiled opposition figures.
