Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd reported a net profit of ₹2,271 crore for Q2 FY2026-27, more than triple the ₹732 crore recorded in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations rose to ₹22,109 crore in the quarter ended September 30, while profit before tax increased to ₹3,032 crore.
The company's gross refining margin rose to $20.41 per barrel, and it processed 2.590 million metric tonnes of crude oil with 98% capacity utilisation.
