Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has written to the Lok Sabha Speaker alleging an illegal late-night order to vacate the Nadia Circuit House.
Moitra claims the eviction notice lacks legal standing, while senior party leaders and Shashi Tharoor have publicly backed her against the state administration's move.
The dispute has escalated into a parliamentary issue, with the CPM planning to move a motion in the House to address the alleged misuse of state power.
