A 26-year-old woman teacher named Nishat Fatima was shot dead inside Children’s Academy School in Lakhimpur Kheri on Monday morning.
The accused, 28-year-old Saud Ansari, allegedly fired three rounds at close range using a country-made pistol on the first-floor corridor.
Police stated that the attacker subsequently killed self, fearing arrest, and both individuals died on the spot as senior officers launched an investigation.
