WhatsApp is expanding chat customisation options on Android by introducing a selection of new themes and wallpaper categories.
An upcoming update reportedly organises themes into categories such as Featured, Nature, Live, Minimal, and Doodle, alongside separate Vibrant and Gradient wallpaper sections.
The update may allow users to apply wallpapers independently of themes while retaining automatic bubble colour selection and gallery images.
