West Bengal's Special Task Force arrested Arpita Sarkar from Jharkhand's Sahibganj district on July 31 for her alleged role in a honey-trap network.
Investigators claim Sarkar was in regular WhatsApp contact with Mohammad Hamim Mondal, a suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed operative arrested on July 30 in Bardhaman.
Police suspect the network aimed to lure political leaders to collect sensitive personal information, and Sarkar is scheduled to be produced before a court.
