A 52-year-old cab driver named Indushekhar was arrested by Rajajinagar police for allegedly murdering his wife and six members of her family over a family dispute.
The killings occurred between October 16 and November 3 at his house in north Bengaluru, with the victims including his wife Sunita, mother-in-law, two brothers-in-law, their wives, and a 7-year-old nephew.
Preliminary investigations indicate the accused used a grinding stone to kill the victims after planning the murders for several months, and dumped the bodies on the city's outskirts.
