Actor Akshay Oberoi has purchased a farmhouse in Karjat, Maharashtra, for a reported ₹3 crore, following 1.5 years of construction.
The property features a tropical-minimalist design with an earthy color palette, utilizing terracotta-inspired hues and timber furniture to create a private retreat for the actor and his family.
Oberoi stated that the farmhouse serves as a sanctuary to disconnect from the chaos of Mumbai, noting that the purchase was made possible by his recent professional projects.
