Nandan Nilekani-Led NEET Reforms Panel to Submit First Report This Month

The high-powered panel led by Nandan Nilekani examining structural reforms in NEET is expected to submit its first interim report to the Centre by the end of September.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the Supreme Court that the committee has conducted exhaustive consultations with members of a prior committee headed by K Radhakrishnan.

The Supreme Court emphasised the necessity of establishing a permanent NTA structure with dedicated staff, minimal deputation, and enhanced technological security measures.
