England finished the second day of the first Test at Headingley on 366 for 8, establishing a commanding 195-run lead over Pakistan's first-innings total of 171.

Harry Brook top-scored for England with 91 runs, supported by half-centuries from Jordan Cox (73), Joe Root (66), and Dan Lawrence (51) against Pakistan's Ali Usman, who took 5 for 92.
