The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted approval for Jio Platforms to launch its initial public offering (IPO) valued at $3.8 billion.
This offering, expected to be one of India's largest listings, involves the issuance of shares worth approximately ₹37,700 crore to public investors.
The company plans to utilize the capital raised to expand its 5G infrastructure and accelerate the development of its digital service ecosystem across the country.
