Reliance Industries' digital arm, Jio Platforms, has received SEBI approval for an initial public offering expected to raise approximately ₹37,700 crore.
The offering values the company at nearly ₹9.5 lakh crore, with major shareholders including Meta's Jaadhu Holdings at 9.98% and Google International LLC at 7.73%.
Global investors such as KKR, Vista Equity Partners, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority are set to retain their existing stakes following the public listing.
