One Dead, Five Injured in Shooting at Swiss Rave Party

One person was killed and five others injured after multiple shots were fired at a rave party held at a horse racing track in Schachen, Aarau, early Sunday morning.

Aargau cantonal police launched a major manhunt following the 2:30 am incident, deploying the Disaster Response Unit and an army Super Puma helicopter to the scene.

Authorities have closed the local swimming pool and urged the public to avoid the area as they investigate the motive behind the shooting, which occurred during a large event at the hippodrome.
