Russian Missile Blitz Kills Nine in Ukraine During Zelenskyy's Norway Visit

A Russian missile and drone blitz on Ukrainian civilian areas killed at least nine people on Tuesday as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met American and European officials in Norway.

Zelenskyy discussed strengthening air defences and joint weapons production in Oslo with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish President Alexander Stubb, alongside U.S. envoys.

Zelenskyy stated Ukraine has nearly run out of American-made Patriot interceptors and received no early warnings for recent attacks, while warning that SpaceX Starshield speed restrictions hamper operations.
