The Supreme Court Collegium recommended Justice P Sam Koshy as chief justice of the Delhi high court alongside three other high court judge elevations.
Announced in a Monday resolution by Chief Justice Surya Kant and justices Vikram Nath and BV Nagarathna, the picks follow recent elevations of sitting chief justices to the Supreme Court.
Additional recommendations include Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak for Gujarat, Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty for Telangana, and Justice Sudhir Singh for Uttarakhand.
