MCOCA court rejects Aakash Srivastav's bail plea in Baba Siddique murder

A special MCOCA court on September 21 rejected Aakash Brijkumar Srivastav's bail plea over his alleged role in the Baba Siddique murder conspiracy.

Special Judge Satyanarayan R. Navander cited witness statements, call records, and two MCOCA confessional statements connecting Srivastav to the syndicate.

The court ruled that his lack of participation in the actual shooting was insufficient to meet stringent bail requirements under Section 21(4).
