Oura Health officially filed for an initial public offering on September 3, reporting revenue of $1.21 billion for the nine months ending June 30.
The company has sold 3.6 million rings in the past year and currently maintains a base of approximately 5 million paid members despite increasing market competition.
Rivals are aggressively expanding, with Ultrahuman recently raising $70 million and Circular planning to launch rings featuring NFC contactless payments and haptic alerts early next year.
