SS Rajamouli's 'Varanasi' Becomes Second Film Shot Entirely in IMAX

Director SS Rajamouli confirmed that his upcoming film 'Varanasi' is the second production in history to be shot entirely in IMAX format.

The project follows Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey' in utilizing the technology for the full duration of the film's cinematography.

Production is currently 80 percent complete, with the remaining 20 percent of the filming process currently in progress.
