Towhid Hridoy Scores Historic 350 in First-Class Cricket

Bangladesh 'A' captain Towhid Hridoy became the first Bangladeshi batter to score 350 runs in a first-class innings, finishing unbeaten off 481 balls against South Africa 'A' in Potchefstroom.

Hridoy's score is the highest by a Bangladeshi batter in first-class history and the highest by an overseas player in South Africa, surpassing the previous record of 334 by Tamim Iqbal.

The four-day match ended in a draw after Bangladesh declared at 676 for eight, with the teams now set to begin a three-match one-day series in Bloemfontein on September 6.
