BJP Candidate Secures Single Vote in Rajasthan Local Body Election

BJP candidate Kailashchand received only one vote in the Parbatsar municipality election after being fielded in a ward where he is not a registered voter.

Congress candidate Hina Khanam won the ward with 376 votes, while the overall municipality resulted in a simple majority for the Congress party.

Kailashchand attributed the result to the party's decision to field him in Ward 13 despite his own voting registration being in Ward 12.
