Uber has partnered with drone delivery startup Zipline, aiming to reach one million daily deliveries by the end of 2029 using autonomous drone technology.
The service will launch on the Uber Eats platform by the end of 2026, initially operating in Zipline's existing markets before expanding to dozens of U.S. cities.
Zipline, which recently closed an $800 million Series H funding round, is valued at $7.6 billion and expects to fulfill orders within five to 10 minutes.
