Utssav CZ Gold Jewels Board Approves 1:1 Bonus Share Issue

The board of directors of Utssav CZ Gold Jewels approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, allocating one bonus share of ₹10 face value for every existing share held.

The corporate action will increase the company's total paid-up equity share capital from ₹24.998 crore to ₹49.996 crore.

The board also approved increasing the company's authorized share capital from ₹24.998 crore to ₹60 crore to support future expansion.
