Malabar Milma Faces Action Over Financial Irregularities

Kerala's Department of Dairy Development directed further action against Malabar Milma following an inspection that found financial and administrative lapses.

The inspection flagged an alleged ₹27.45 lakh loss at the Kasaragod dairy due to advance procurement of substandard milk without proper quality checks.

The department also questioned stock records worth ₹84.45 lakh at the Malappuram dairy and the utilisation of a ₹50 lakh development grant.
