Tech Mahindra Reports Q2 Profit Jump, Declares Dividend and Bonus

Tech Mahindra reported a 32.74% annual increase in net consolidated profit to ₹1,585.6 crore for the quarter ended September 2026.

The IT services firm announced an interim dividend of ₹15 per equity share with a record date of October 23, alongside a 1:1 bonus issue.

Revenue from operations rose 15.6% year-on-year to ₹16,180.2 crore, while new deal wins reached USD 1,023 million in total contract value.
