HCL Tech reports Q2 revenue growth, raises FY27 guidance and declares ₹12 dividend

HCL Technologies reported September-quarter revenue of ₹35,620 crore, registering an 11.51 per cent year-on-year rise alongside record total deal bookings of USD 3.3 billion.

The company raised its FY27 revenue growth guidance to 2.5–4 per cent in constant currency terms and added 6,450 net employees to reach 230,339.

HCLTech declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share, setting October 16 as the record date and October 26 for payout.
