Former CDS General Anil Chauhan stated that a loitering munition deployed during Operation Sindoor may have struck the Kirana Hills area near Sargodha, Pakistan.
The munitions had an endurance of approximately two hours, and the strike occurred near nuclear-related facilities located 10 kilometres north of Sargodha.
Gen. Chauhan clarified that the India-Pakistan ceasefire was negotiated directly between the two countries' DGMOs, dismissing claims of U.S. mediation.
