Bollywood actor Kunal Kapoor criticized Elon Musk's remarks concerning Starlink's licensing delays in India, alleging a Western tech billionaire saviour complex.
Musk had previously claimed on social media that Starlink was blocked by oligarchs in India despite complying with regulatory requirements for five years.
India's Ministry of Communications rejected the allegations, stating that the country maintains a fair and non-discriminatory telecommunication authorization framework.
