Suicide Bombing at Pakistan Police Station Kills 14

A suicide bomber killed at least 14 people and wounded 22 others outside a police station in Kabal, Swat Valley, on the evening of August 2, 2026.

The attack targeted a crowd gathered at an intersection to protest against rising violence in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, where 154 terrorism-related deaths were recorded in July.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi condemned the blast, which follows a series of recent insurgent attacks, including a drone ambush that killed 11 police officers in Hangu three days prior.
