The Punjab government implemented a 'No work, no pay' policy on Tuesday as ministerial employees continued their strike against the Aam Aadmi Party administration.
Protesting staff are demanding the rollback of a government letter labeling their August 27 mass casual leave as 'unauthorised' and the transfer of leader Sushil Kumar Fauji.
Talks between union leaders and Principal Secretary KK Yadav failed on Tuesday, with the strike expected to continue until Friday.
