IIT Kanpur Launches $1 Billion Campaign and Rs 180-Crore Noida School

IIT Kanpur launched a $1 billion fundraising campaign on October 14, with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurating the drive in New Delhi.

The institute announced a Rs 180-crore Gautam School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at its Noida campus, offering an MBA starting in July 2027.

Alumni, corporate donors, and government partners have already committed Rs 4,155 crore, representing nearly half of the total fundraising target.
