The CBI charge sheet names three Pune-based NTA experts—Manisha Gurunath Mandhare, Prahlad Vithalrao Kulkarni, and Manisha Sanjay Havaldar—for allegedly leaking NEET-UG 2026 question papers.
Investigators found that the experts violated protocols by accessing all four master question sets simultaneously during the translation and back-translation stages between March 31 and April 2.
The 94-page charge sheet alleges that the accused transcribed 135 Chemistry questions onto chits or notebooks, with a special court in Delhi set to take cognisance on Monday.
