Veteran Marathi actor and renowned Lavani artiste Madhu Kambikar passed away in Pune at the age of 73 following an illness.
The Maharashtra Directorate General of Information and Public Relations confirmed her death, prompting Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadvanis to express grief.
Kambikar was celebrated for her extensive contributions to Marathi cinema, theatre, and folk arts, appearing in notable films such as Zapatlela and Ek Hota Vidushak.
