Playback singer Sonu Nigam purchased three commercial units in Mumbai's Andheri West for a total consideration of ₹17 crore, as per property registration documents.
The transaction, registered on August 6, 2026, covers two adjoining first-floor offices spanning 3,885.77 sq ft bought for ₹16 crore and a ground-floor office spanning 258.33 sq ft bought for ₹1 crore.
The properties were acquired from Singular Health Private Limited in the Aston building located in the Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road.
