England fast bowler Brydon Carse has been charged by the Cricket Regulator with bringing the game into disrepute under Regulation 3.2 of the ECB Professional Conduct Regulations.
The charge follows an incident in Derby on August 23 where Carse was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly while out with Durham teammates.
The matter has been referred to the independent Cricket Discipline Panel for adjudication, with Carse having missed international selection since the incident.
