Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay held bilateral talks with Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong on Thursday to strengthen economic ties and investments.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the unveiling of the CapitaLand Data Centre Chennai 01 at the SIDCO Industrial Estate in Ambattur.

Following the talks, CM Vijay inspected ongoing flood mitigation and desilting works at the Captain Cotton Canal in Vyasarpadi and the Basin Bridge area.
