Aneesha Grover's dance-theatre production 'Rebel Ranis' begins India tour

The multi-disciplinary dance-theatre production Rebel Ranis, directed by Aneesha Grover, has embarked on a four-city tour across India starting in Bengaluru.

The 75-minute performance explores mythological and historical female figures such as Kaikeyi, Sita, Draupadi, and Karaikal Ammaiyar through their own perspectives.

The show combines various dance forms including Bharatnatyam and Kathak with eclectic music genres, with proceeds supporting survivors of gender-based violence.
