The Calcutta High Court set aside a state fire and emergency services department notice ordering the evacuation of TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee's Camac Street office.
Justice Krishna Rao directed the fire department to reconsider Banerjee's September 3 reply and conduct a fresh inspection after issuing notice.
The disputed floors were leased to the Trinamool Youth Congress in March 2020 for a period of ten years from owner Rama Devi Goenka.
