Sanjay Dutt reflects on prison imprisonment and trial during talk show appearance

Actor Sanjay Dutt recalled his legal battles and imprisonment related to the 1993 Bombay blasts case during an appearance on Shekhar Suman's talk show Shekhar Tonite.

Dutt was initially arrested under the TADA and Arms Act on April 19, 1993, spending 18 months as an undertrial before Supreme Court bail.

Following a 2013 Supreme Court ruling upholding his conviction under the Arms Act, he served his remaining sentence at Pune’s Yerawada Central Jail until his release on February 25, 2016.
